Dear tenants,

    During this very unusual time for all of us,  Bilodeau Property Management, Inc. is endeavoring to provide you with the same level of service that we provide when we are not all being besieged by Covid-19, the   Coronavirus. In March and now April, we have been ordered to lock our office doors to reduce the possibility of contracting or spreading the virus. Never the less, we are working as usual to provide you with the technical, maintenance, and informational support related to your apartment.

    We can still be reached on line at which enables you to register maintenance requests or observations. We are in the office at the same number 401-831-5995 with the same extensions. The cell phones and texts are fully operational enabling us to communicate each other, with all tenants, with apartment applicants, and with all the subsidiary service providers. For property emergencies, the on-call personnel can be reached as always at 888-432-0169 and we continue to request that this line be used for property emergencies only. We are receiving and processing mail as usual, so we will receive your letters by USPS as we will via FedEx, UPS and DHL.

     Rent checks can be delivered in all the usual ways including depositing rent check into the lock box in our office vestibule. April 1 rent payments are due on April 1st.

     Basically, our office is striving to operate nearly in a condition of business and service as usual. However, to comply with governmental directives, we have locked the doors so we are prohibited from engaging with you as personally and as face to face as we have in the past. If you need to discuss a matter with us, please call or email or write leaving your contact information. We will reply to requests and will make an appointment to discuss with you your concern or ideas.

     During this critical time in the nation's health, we ask that you follow the guidelines dictated by the Departments of Health, by the State of Rhode Island, and by the President of the United States to make every effort to constrain the impact of Coronavirus. At the same time that we embrace these new responsibilities, we all must make every effort to maintain as great a degree of normality as possible with regard to our customary responsibilities.

     We all wish you well and we hope that this quarantine soon becomes a distant memory for all of us.
